Yes, we work with both individuals and couples. At this time, we do not offer family therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but we will discuss a pace that feels right for your goals.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will explore what brought you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and create therapeutic goals.

We do not direct bill to insurance at this time, but a receipt is provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your coverage for psychotherapy services.
