Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and grow. At Bloom Wellness & Psychotherapy, we take a calm and compassionate approach to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. We will support you in building self-trust, improving relationships, and feeling more confident in who you are. Our style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from curiosity, not criticism.

  • We work with individuals and couples navigating challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship patterns, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary setting, and life transitions.

  • Yes, we work with both individuals and couples. At this time, we do not offer family therapy.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but we will discuss a pace that feels right for your goals.

  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will explore what brought you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and create therapeutic goals.

  • We do not direct bill to insurance at this time, but a receipt is provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your coverage for psychotherapy services.
